Should this occur, we will notify you via a confirmation email immediately. We do our best to keep the site updated on a daily basis. If you would like to see and feel fabric samples for any of our bedding products first, we are happy to send those out to you if you request them in an email note. Be sure to include your mailing address and specify the fabric swatches desired. Be aware, however, that the bedding might sell before you decide to purchase it. Once its gone......its GONE!

RETURN POLICY:
We will gladly accept UNUSED and UNWASHED merchandise in its ORIGINAL CONDITION for return or exchange within 14 days of the shipping date. Please note that all returned merchandise must have PRIOR APPROVAL and will be charged a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. PRIOR APPROVAL must be obtained WITHIN the 14 days of the shipping date and can be done either by phone during our regular business hours (Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm, MST) or you may email your request for PRIOR APPROVAL to poshbygosh@live.com. Product must be returned in its original packaging and be in SALEABLE condition. Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility. Returned merchandise that is DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY upon return or that has no PRIOR APPROVAL will not be refunded. This merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.We will be happy to exchange or refund for the full value of the items (including sales tax where applicable) minus the 15% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping charges for returns are nonrefundable. Sale items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
PAYMENT/CREDIT CARDS:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If paying by check, please allow an additional 7-10 days for your check to clear (your items will ship once your check clears). All of our online credit card transactions are secured by Authorize.net. However, if you prefer, you can telephone with your credit card information during business hours and our Customer Service representative will be happy to take your call.

SHIPPING:
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $200 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, and Canada require additional charges and some restrictions may apply. These additional fees will be calculated at check out . Items beyond FedEx or UPS home delivery size limitations may not be able to be shipped outside the contiguous United States. Please feel free to call for details.If in stock, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from when you placed your order. Buyer is responsible for all additional taxes or import fees that may be assessed by the local or regional taxing authority upon receipt of the purchased items.
All orders are shipped either USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground within the 48 contiguous States. Expedited shipping is NOT available.
We are unable to ship to APO/PO Box addresses.
Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility.
TAXES:
We will collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in NM.
TO THE TRADE:
We offer a 15% discount to the trade. To obtain the To The Trade discount, a resale license with your sales tax number or Federal ID number must be faxed or emailed to our office on your companys' letterhead or with a business card. We are happy to take your order by phone or online once we have this information on file and will then apply the discount and deduct any sales tax (if applicable).
